When you need a ton of headshots without breaking the bank

Quality professional headshots are a must for everyone regardless of their industry or position. From company websites, to social media and LinkedIn, everyone wants to see what you look like. iPhone selfies just don’t cut it anymore.

With the world and offices reopening again, our clients started to realize that not only has it been years since they updated their headshot, but they have a lot of new team members. So, we started receiving a flood of inquiries about shooting the entire offices of team members.

Using the tricks we developed during the pandemic, we created the Headshot Marathon session.

What is a Headshot Marathon?

Simply put, it is a single price session where you are paying for the time and not the individuals. Each session is up to 8 hours. We bring the full, professional studio to you including background, professional lighting, editing and delivery system. Then you and your team step up, we shoot your headshot, apply processing, you select your favorites, and we email them to you right then and there.

What it Is:

High quality professional headshots. These are the same quality headshots we shoot of executive teams for our Fortune 100 clients. Shot using studio lighting, producing proper skin tones, and sharp images shot by a professionally trained photographer with decades of studio experience.

What it Is Not:

A headshot Photo Booth. This is not one of those booths using a ring light or 3-panel LED lights manned by a cookie-cutter photographer providing you with flat, low resolution image files and poor skin tone balance.

Is it really “High Quality”, or are you just saying that?

You can decide for yourself. Every image on this page was shot using the exact same Headshot Marathon set-up.

This is a small sample of 207 team members we shot at a client’s two day Marathon. These are the actual images each individual received at the time of the shoot. No retouching has been conducted on these images.

FAQs

How much is the Headshot Marathon?

Each session is $2200.00. This includes everything. We can easily shoot up to 120 people in a single session making your per person cost under $17.00.

How many people can we shoot in a Session?

On average, one person every 5 minutes for an average of 100 people per session. If you have more people, then a twin set-up can be done to shoot two at once. There would be an additional charge for the second set-up.

Does the session include retouching?

No. This is one of the ways we are able to provide it at this cost. As you can see from the examples on this page, the images are shot and processed to be properly lit, exposed and color balanced. If any individuals would like to request full commercial retouching, they can contact us directly for this additional service.

Can we select our background/color?

Absolutely! While gray and white are the most common, we can also provide you with a selection of other colors to chose from to match your corporate color or event. We can also shoot without the solid background if a natural background look is what you are aiming for (see sample below)

Are these Sessions only for Businesses?

Not at all. We have several clients who brought us in for corporate events, galas, and consulting marketing events to provide their attendees, guests and clients with new headshots as part of the event experience.

Do we receive the images as well or only the individuals?

The individuals will receive their selections at the end of their shoot. However, we will send you a master folder containing all of the selection at the end of the day.
